Global brands committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion in Thailand. Ranked by PrideShow Thailand-inclusion signals — Inclusion Dividend certification, creator partnerships, audit history, and market presence.
What’s the difference between an MNC and a PLC on PrideShow?
+
PLCs are Thai SET-listed companies (PTT, KBANK, CPN, AOT, etc.) — scored against Thai SEC 56-1 disclosures. MNCs are foreign-headquartered multinationals with a meaningful Thailand presence (Toyota, Marriott, Samsung, Allianz, the Big 4 partnerships, etc.) — scored on a separate Thailand Inclusion Index that re-weights toward signals an MNC operating here can actually demonstrate. The two segments live in their own directories so a Tokyo-listed Toyota isn’t penalised for not filing with the Thai SEC.
How is the Thailand Inclusion Index calculated?
+
A 100-point weighted composite across 5 categories: Thailand presence depth (25% — count of published Thai child venues), International disclosure framework adoption (25% — TCFD / CDP / SASB / FTSE4Good / DJSI), DEI leadership (25% — DEI initiative count + LGBTQ+-explicit mention), Audit + disclosure (15% — GRI alignment + recent SEC 56-1 filings if applicable), and Employer scale (10% — global headcount × any-DEI policy). Tiers map to Platinum (80+), Gold (65–79), Silver (45–64), Unrated (below).
Why does my MNC profile show "0 Creator Partners" / "Not yet enrolled"?
+
Those signals are populated when an MNC is matched with PrideShow KOLs through a paid creator-pipeline plan, or when it formally enrols in the Inclusion Dividend certification programme. Both are opt-in subscription tiers — see /pricing/mncs for the MNC plan ladder. Profile data is otherwise sourced from the Wikipedia infobox + corporate sustainability reports + public DEI disclosures.
Our brand has a Thai operating subsidiary — should we list as MNC or PLC?
+
Both can co-exist. The global parent (e.g. "Marriott International", country US) belongs in /mncs. Each Thai venue under the parent (e.g. "JW Marriott Bangkok", "Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park") is a child entity rendered at /plcs/marriott-international/<venue-slug> using its Google-Maps-shaped data. If you operate a Thai-incorporated subsidiary that’s SET-listed (rare for MNCs), it can additionally have its own /plcs profile.
How do I claim or update our MNC profile?
+
Click "Claim your MNC profile" on /mncs (top right of the directory) or from any unclaimed MNC profile hero. The claim flow accepts a verified work email matching the company’s domain. Once claimed you can edit the description, social links, DEI highlights, and disclosure framework flags — most fields are reflected in the Inclusion Index recompute on the next deploy.
What’s the "Inclusion Dividend"?
+
PrideShow’s certification mark for MNCs that have completed a structured Thailand-localisation engagement: DEI policy translation, creator pipeline activation, supplier-diversity onboarding, and at least one community partnership with a Pink or Allied NGO. Renewed annually. Earlier drafts called this "Pride for All" (PFA) — internal field names retain the abbreviation but the public-facing brand is "Inclusion Dividend".
